BOLTON — An Agency of Transportation plow truck and a passenger truck collided head-on in Bolton yesterday.
Police were notified of the crash on Vermont Route 2 at around 6:19 a.m.
According to the report, Philip L. French, 68, of Bristol, struck the AOT plow truck while he was headed west.
Police say French’s 2019 GMC Sierra was totaled as a result of the collision and he sustained a cut to the left side of his face.
“Neither speed nor impairment was contributing factors,” a statement from the police reads.
State Police were assisted at the scene by Richmond Rescue as well as Bolton Fire.
State Police are reminding motorists to drive safely around plow trucks and to provide them with adequate space.
