Cyclist injured after hit-and-run incident on US 7, Salisbury

SALISBURY — A 64-year-old cyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Salisbury yesterday.

The incident took place on US 7 at around 12:54 p.m.

According to a release put out by police, the driver, as well as the make and model of the vehicle, is still unknown.

The victim was treated by Middlebury Rescue for his injuries and sustained a possible wrist fracture, lacerations, and bruises.

Police are still investigating this case.
