LEICESTER — A 34-year-old man was charged with the aggravated operation without owner’s consent in Leicester back in July.

Police say they were notified of a stolen vehicle from a residence on Leicester Whiting Road.

The suspect was identified as Christopher Bridgmon, of Leicester.

The vehicle was later located by members of the Pittsford Police Department and Troopers from the Rutland barracks who attempted to stop the vehicle.

Police say Bridgmon fled in the vehicle and ultimately crashed in Pittsford.

He was issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
