North Ferrisburgh man arrested for DUI #4

MIDDLEBURY — A 41-year-old North Ferrisburgh man was arrested for his fourth DUI in Middlebury yesterday.

Police say they initiated a traffic stop on U.S. Route 7 after observing a motor vehicle violation at around 10:07 p.m.

According to the report, Allen B. Pike detected signs of impairment while police spoke with him.

Pike was screened for DUI Drugs and subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI #4.

He was transported to the New Haven barracks for processing and later released with a citation to appear in court.

Police were assisted at the scene by members of the Middlebury Police Department.
