Overnight burglaries at Starry Night Cafe, Mobil Gas Station in North Ferrisburgh

NORTH FERRISBURGH — Police responded to a burglary that occurred in North Ferrisburgh early this morning.

Police were notified of a motion alarm at Starry Night Cafe on U.S. Route 7 at around 12:46 a.m.

According to the report, forced entry was gained through a rear door.

At nearly 12:56 a.m, police say they were also notified of a motion alarm report at the Mobil Gas Station convenience store located at the intersection of Stage Road and U.S. Route 7.

Police say one subject entered the business and stole an undetermined amount of cigarettes, electronic cigarette products, and other tobacco products.

Police say the subject departed the area on foot.
