WINDSOR — A 28-year-old man from Brookfield was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Windsor on July 23.

The crash took place on Interstate 91 south at around 4:45 a.m.

A commercial box truck owned by Capital Candy Company crashed into a rock embankment in the median.

The driver, Christopher R. Dunn, failed to maintain his lane of travel after swerving to avoid an animal in the road, police say.

Police say nobody was injured in the crash.

The southbound lane was temporarily closed and was reopened after the vehicle was removed.
