RANDOLPH — A self-pay car wash station in Randolph was vandalized and robbed yesterday.

Police were notified of suspicious activity and noises coming from South End Auto, a local used car dealer on Vermont Route 12 at around 2:24 a.m.

Troopers say they found the scene quiet with no one around when they arrived.

It was later learned that someone had vandalized the self-pay car wash stations behind the dealership.

Two of the coin-operated machines in the wash bays were found to have been damaged and forced open.

An exterior vacuum machine was also found damaged.

The car wash is now closed.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Jeremy Lyon at 802-234-9933.
