Chelsea resident with two active warrants arrested

CHELSEA — Police say a 40-year-old man from Chelsea with active warrants was recently arrested for criminal DLS and violation of conditions of his release.

The arrest came following a traffic stop northbound on I-89

According to the police report, Clayton Flye had a criminally suspended license and active court conditions which prohibited him from operating a motor vehicle.

Police say Flye was also found to have two warrants out for his arrest.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Middlesex barracks for processing.

He was issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.

Police say Flye was transported to the Barre City Police and lodged there.
