Man with a criminally suspended license arrested for DUI in Bradford

BRADFORD — A 24-year-old man driving with a criminally suspended license was arrested for DUI following an incident in Bradford yesterday.

Police were dispatched to a reported vehicle stuck in the road on Wrights Mountain Road at around 9:30 p.m.

Police say they located the vehicle and identified the driver as Anthony Fandino.

While speaking with Fandino, police say they detected signs of impairment and a subsequent investigation resulted in Fandino being taken into custody for DUI.

Police also found that Fandino was driving the vehicle with a criminally suspended license.

He was transported to the VSP Bradford outpost for processing and later released to a sober adult.
