BERKSHIRE — A 31-year-old Randolph man is facing charges after being caught with several firearms in Berkshire yesterday.

Police were notified of a violation of conditions of release from home along Richford Road at around 6:08 p.m.

The complainant told police that Brian Ward was in possession of several firearms despite having court order conditions not to be.

Later, police say they made contact with Ward during a traffic stop on Route 105 Enosburg.

During the traffic stop the firearms in question were recovered from the vehicle and Ward was issued a citation to appear before the court on December 8 to face the charge.
