Wanted man arrested, charged with possession of cocaine in Williamstown

WILLIAMSTOWN — A 33-year-old Williamstown man wanted by police was arrested for possession of cocaine at the Limehurst Trailer Park yesterday evening.

Police say they responded to a motor vehicle complaint in Williamstown at around 6:15 p.m.

Upon investigation, police say that Michael Francis was wanted for another case when they arrived.

Police arrested Francis and determined he was in possession of cocaine.

He was taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in Middlesex for processing.

Police say Francis was cited to appear in court on November 13 to answer to this offense.
