Armed robbery reported at Flagship Cinema in Rutland

RUTLAND — Police say they are reviewing surveillance footage after an alleged armed robbery took place at the Flagship Cinemas last night.

According to police, someone who worked at the cinema called to report the robbery at around 10:15 p.m..

They informed the police that two suspects had made there way inside as employees were closing up.

Police say the description of the suspects was vague, as they had their faces covered, but that they were about six feet tall, and wearing dark-colored hoodies and jeans.

The suspects got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Nobody was hurt during the incident, and so far no arrests have been made.
