Driver pulled over for 3rd DUI in Rutland

RUTLAND — A 39-year-old New York man was cited for his third DUI yesterday evening.

Police say they conducted a motor vehicle stop at around 3:00 p.m. on North Main Street in Rutland.

According to the report, they stopped the vehicle after a motorist who had been following the driver reported he was driving recklessly.

The driver was identified as Morgan Conlon, 39, of Granville, New York.

According to the police report, “Conlon showed several signs of alcohol impairment and was subsequently detained for suspicion of driving under the influence, third offense.”

He was cited to appear in court on September 23.
