New Rutland Regional Medical Center pharmacy prescription pick-up policy

RUTLAND — As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, Rutland Regional Medical Center says they had to implement changes to its Retail Pharmacy Pickup and Visitor Restriction policy.

RRMC Pharmacy Prescription Pick-Up:

When prescriptions are ready, the Pharmacy will call you and payment will be taken with a credit card over the phone or cash will be collected at pick-up.

Exact change is appreciated.

Upon arrival at the Stratton Road entrance, call the Pharmacy (802.747.1777) and staff will bring the prescription to your car.

If you’re unable to call the Pharmacy, please come to the entrance, provide your name, and they will bring it to you.

Pharmacy Hours: Mon-Fri: 8 a.m. -6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

RRMC Updated Visitor Restrictions

No visitors for COVID suspected or COVID positive patients.

Pediatric patients may only have one Essential Support Person (per stay).

For end of life patients, the treatment team is responsible for determining the need for essential support people and if the need is for more than one.

Children under 18 may not visit or accompany a patient anywhere in the facility.

Allen Street entrance is now closed to the public.
