Police: Benson man facing multiple charges

BENSON — A 41-year-old man is facing multiple charges following an incident in Benson on August 19.

Police were notified of a family fight on Frazier Hill Road at around 6:48 p.m.

Police say they responded and met with the complainant who stated that Wyatt Todd, of Benson, caused bodily injury and knowingly restrained a household member.

Police say Todd had fled the scene before their arrival.

He was located on Thursday night police say.

He is facing multiple charges which include domestic assault, aggravated assault, unlawful restraint in the 2nd degree, as well as an offense committed in the presence of a child.
