Rutland man arrested for DUI #3, criminal DLS

KILLINGTON –A 54-year-old man from Rutland was arrested following an incident in Killington on Saturday.

Police say they were investigating a 911 call regarding a vehicle on Brad Mead Drive at around 7:13 p.m.

Following an investigation, police identified the operator as Darius Kermanj.

Police say Kermanj showed signs of alcohol impairment and he was screened for DUI.

He was arrested and processed at the State Police barracks in Rutland Town for driving under the influence.

He was released on a citation to appear in court on June 1 to answer the charges of DUI #3 and driving under a criminally suspended license.
