Two-vehicle crash in Clarendon

CLARENDON — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Clarendon on July 31.

The crash took place at the intersection of Walker Mountain Road and Creek Road at around 11:09 a.m.

According to the report, Christopher Keyser, 67, of Rutland, was headed south on Creek Road.

Maureen Shaloo, 56, of West Rutland, was headed west on Walker Mountain Road.

Police say Keyser has failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection and struck the right rear quarter panel of Shaloo.

Shaloo was then forced off the road into an adjacent embankment.

Police say nobody was injured during this crash.

State police were assisted by Clarendon Fire Department, Carrara’s Towing, and R&D Automotive Towing.
