Police investigating burglaries from construction sites in Washington County

WASHINGTON — Police say they are investigating a burglary that occurred at construction sites in Washington County this month.

Police say several tools were stolen from two construction sites.

J.A. McDonald Inc. told police that $5,253 worth of tools were stolen on the night of July 4, from a site at 158 S. Main Street, in Waterbury.

Kingsbury Construction reported $4,400 worth of tools were taken from a site at 58 Center Road, in Middlesex.

Police say they believe that these incidents are related.
